There is a $100 deposit for just club house rental but if someone is renting the BBQ pit, that will have its own deposit of $100.

Club Rental Rules:

- Active members receive a Club rental discount. (determined by the current board of officers).
- What is an active member?
A. Dues must be current and member must attend five or more events a year; monthly meetings, 3D Bow shoot to work, scheduled work days or any other event scheduled by the club. This information will be monitored by a club official.

Signed renter must have proof of insurance (i.e. Homeowners insurance)
When your event is over the facility must be properly cleaned and garbage taken away.
Any damage to building or premises is the responsibility of the signed renter.
BBQ Cooker Rules
Signed renter agrees that the Cooker will be cleaned prior to return
Signed renter agrees that garbage will not be burned in the cooker.
(plastic materials can ruin the cooker)
Failure to comply may result in loss of security deposit and add additional costs.
Signed renter agrees that cooker will be returned on the date specified.
